What is ARPL?
The process of assessing a candidates experience rather than their theoretical knowledge, and identifying the gaps if any, closing those gaps and testing the candidate so they can receive a formal qualification.
What is Trade Testing ?
This is a practical test in which a candidate will complete a series of tasks related to their specific trade. Once completed these tasks are assessed, a candidate will have to achieve all tasks in-order for them to be deemed competent.
Red Seal Certification
Once a candidate is deemed competent, they will receive a red seal certificate, which is issued by the Quality Council for Trades & Occupations and National Artisan Moderation Body. The red seal certificate is recognized internationally and is benchmarked against international standards.
DO I HAVE TO READ ANY BOOKS?
No! This is an experience-based process. Where there are gaps, these will be filled via practical simulation and training.
